Project Description
Studio One delivered two separate projects at Macleans College in Auckland: a four-teaching-space block and a subsequent three-teaching-space block, both delivered through offsite construction. Returning to the same campus for a second commission speaks for itself. Offsite manufacture suited the setting well, with buildings produced away from the school and installed with minimal disruption to a busy college.
The projects extended Studio One's education portfolio beyond the Wellington region and demonstrated that the practice's integrated approach travels well, delivering consistent quality for a school community at the other end of the North Island.
